I know what you're thinking: Hey, there wasn't any blot posted in May 2007, was there? Well technically no, but we Ink Blotters are a curious bunch, and we're always talking about ways to improve the site.

One such way was to include more reference materials such as the Icon Guide and Tax Info, as well as various background articles on the history of the site or details on various institutions on the site. Much of this work was done in May, and so it shows up here.

It also shows up in the Reference Archive, along with a bunch of other interesting information. Enjoy!
